5/27/08 Jack is making great progress and comes to get affection now. He now gets up on the bed for attention but is still not confortable being picked up. He plays hard and needs a buddy with similar energy.
5/6/08 Jack is a cute buff & white kitten with the most adorable eyes you'll ever see. He is still growing but is not likely to get very large, and has a thicker coat, more like a Turkish Van than your regular domestic short-hair. As the kitten of a stary, he is still cautious around people but has started to come and lie in his foster mom's lap to have his belly rubbed and purr. He would enjoy the company of other cats since he adores Kabuki, the cat he is fostered with. Whenever possible, he follows him around and curls up to sleep next to him. Jack is already neutered and up to date on all shots.
3/16/08 Kitten season is beginning and we already have two kittens, Jack & Diane, from a feral cat population being trapped at Lincoln University. All kittens will have their distemper & rabies shots, test negative for FeLV/FIV, and will be spayed/neutered through Forgotten Cats in Delaware. We'll have pictures once they're more socialized and ready for adoption.
