Description:
8/4/08 Oscar (formerly Jason) is an adorable long-haired doxy mix who just arrived from a South Carolina shelter. He is small but sturdy, friendly with people, and good with other dogs. heartworm tretament takes about 4-6 weeks and Oscar will not be avilable for adoption until his tretament is completed.
Notes from the shelter:Jason is GORGEOUS...very soft silky fur. He weighs probably 15 lbs. He is a Dachshund mix (maybe with Pom??? - not sure). His only issue is that he is a very light HW positive. It will be important for whoever gets him to keep him on preventativeafter he's treated.
